As many of you know, the league is having a golf outing on Sept. 20th at 8 am at Saratoga Lake Golf Course. The proceeds go to improving the fields in Voorheesville. It is a shotgun format and the league is on the hook for 72 golfer's fees. Unfortunately we only have commitments from about 30 golfers. If you plan on attending, please leave a note on the bulletin board or drop me an email at wnewcomb2001@yahoo.com. The course needs some kind of headcount by tomorrow.
If you're coming try to be there by 7:30 am so we can figure out the foursomes and collect money. Thanks.
Wayne, Please make sure that you have: Mike Girard, Randy Craft, Ron Massaroni, and Tom Shepardson down on the list as a team for the golf outing.
I will call all of the Cubs and Golden Marlins to see if I can't scare up another foursome or two. It looks like the Bulletin Board and e-mail are not enough. I think we need a volunteer from each team to make calls down their rosters TODAY, to help maximize our totals.
After all that Darrell Duncan does that is over and above the call of duty for us, IT IS THE LEAST THAT WE CAN DO!!!

I'll play. From the sounds of it I am probably a little better than John Corrigan! Put me in whatever group is good at finding golf balls in the woods.
I just got a confirmation from Chuck Sohl on another foursome. It will be him and three guys from where he works: Frank DeMarco, Larry Chapman, and Gary Holt.
I am working on one other foursome, so please set aside a total of three foursomes from the 35+ Cubs and 45+ Golden Marlins connection.
