Playoffs - Round 2

Behind the starting pitching of Jim Ansel, hitting of Chuck Sohl, and relief pitching of John Martin, the Silver Marlins beat the Yankees 8-4. Some super defense up the middle by Randy Craft and Chris Elliot helped the Marlins pitchers squash a couple of Yankee rallies. Jim Walters hit the ball hard all night for the Yanks with a double and a long fly ball to center. Next up a semi-final date with the winner of the Highlanders vs. Hummingbirds game.
GO FISH!!!!!
Side note: Cy Johnston qualified for the US Olympic Bat Tossing Team after a second inning strike out. If the fence hadn't got in the way, Cy would have easily broke the American record. Tough luck Cy.
