The Orioles used a 13 run 4th inning on Friday night to beat the Rockets and sweep the best of three series. The Orioles had 16 hits, 10 of which came in the fourth inning.
Mario Arduini had two hits and six rbi, Mark Dabney had a double, single and two rbi, Paul Scutieri had a pair of doubles and three rbi, Dick Stark had a pair of hits and two rbi and Mike Kravitz had a pair of hits to lead the Orioles.
McCarthy had a double and two singles and Bunn had a pair of hits for the Rockets.
Congratulations Rockets on a helluva second year in the league. It is amazing that a second year club won as many big games as you did this year and making it to the semi-finals was a huge accomplishment. No disgrace losing to this Oriole club. They are loaded!
For those who don't know, Girard is in the last year of a three -year deal (club option for the fourth). I think he's hedging his bets with all this ass - kissing.
