The 2011 new-look, rebuilt 45+ Cougars are almost ready for what promises to be a more competitive upcoming season. All that is lacking is one more capable player to fill out the roster.
But where am I to find this player? It isn't easy finding someone new at this point. What am I to do?
So, I asked myself, "What would Don Draper do?"
Better yet, what would legendary Black Sox manager Don Wixon do?
Well, Don Draper would probably pour himself a bourbon, light a smoke, and ponder the question. Come to think of it, Don Wixon would probably do the same--and then he would turn to the famous CDMSBL bulletin board.
So here it is: we need just one more player for this season. Who's interested? You must be 45 years old by 12-31-11.
