On a hot sunny day at Voorheesville High the Bluejays scored 6 runs in the first two innings and never looked back, Dave Forman pitched a crafty 3 hitter and kept the Cyclones off balance throughout. Darryl Hunt was the hitting star with a booming 3 run homer in the second inning to give the BlueJays a nice cushion. There were eight others with hits including 2 also from Brian Allen. The BlueJay defense played a solid game. Walks also contributed to the offense as the Cyclone pitchers walked nine batters throughout the game.
