55 Division Championship game 2

Last night at New Scotland park the Platium Marlins beat the Nolan Propane Cardinals with a score of 5-4.
As in the first game,the Marlins' Wayne Newcomb scored first run in the 3rd inning. The Cardinals answered back in the 5th. scoring Jim Latorre of a sac fly by Harold Jenkins. In the Card's 6th.Frank Tarrantino had 2 RBI's and in the top of the 7th.Dave Plew scored the final run for the Cards.
The mighty fish came back like gang busters in the bottom of the 7th.scoring 4 runs by Newcomb, Pelton , Foley and the final knock out blow by Burricci.
The Championship game is scheduled for Friday Aug. 12, at 5:45 at New Scotland Town Park. This should prove to be the best game of the series. Come on out and watch this one. Harold

I guess only Ed and Jim know that answer. I only wish I was a better writer to get more details in about the two games. Harold

2 of the best games I've ever seen/been involved in:

Marlins 7th:

Daigel- Ground out
Foley- 1B
Burriesci- 2B- (2nd & 3rd)
Top of Order
Newcomb- Infield 1B (Bases loaded)
Pelton - Safe on FC (Foley scored, bases loaded)
Ansel- 1B (Burriesci & Newcomb score, !st and 2nd)
Celentano- 1B (Pelton scored . . . Game 3!)
