Guys...I spoke with Clair regarding the tourney. He said that there is a guy in Concord NH? attempting to put a 48 tourney together the same time as the Downeast in Portland and unless that tourney gets canx or changed, Portland will not have the 45+ Div, on 28 and 38. That info is as current as 4/17. I had called in relation to putting a 28 team together and wanted to get details before I got too deep into it.
As of now, the Embassy Suite is the hotel of choice and the group rate is 109/night. Hope this helps you for now anyway.
