CDMSBL Board of Directors Meeting 3/20/20


The CDMSBL Board of Directors met on 3/20 to discuss several matters due to the extraordinary situation we are now faced with. I am sure everyone is concerned about the health and safety of our members.
1. In regards to the start of the season in all Divisions, the Board of Directors directs all Division Commissioners to proceed as if the season will start on time until the decision is made from outside sources that this will not be possible. The decision to start or not to start will be determined for us.
2. In regards to team fees, The Board of Directors has determined that the April 1, 2020 drop dead deadline may no longer be possible due to the financial strains put on everyone at this time. Therefore, all team registration fees will now be due on May 1, 2020 as the new drop dead date for submitting team fees. GM's are asked to continue to collect player fees as expediently as possible.
3. The projected start date for all Divisions has been tentatively scheduled for May 15, 2020 depending on the circumstances present at that time.

The Board of Directors asks that all our members be safe and healthy as this is a fluid situation we are faced with and hopefully we will have a season this year.
