I dont have complete stats on our game last night because the Arachnids had only 9 players, 2 borrowed, and no one to keep the book when the Cards were up.

However, heres what I can report. The Spiders clinched 3rd seed by defeating the second place Cardinals 8-3. Wayne Nicholsen turned in another solid complete game performance while dealing with a mound that got pretty muddy due to light rain off and on throughout much of the game.

The Arachnids end the regular season 8-7 winning their final 6 games.

Cardinals finish 9-6.

Saugerties is a beautiful town and the field was in really nice shape. We started at 6, lights came on at 7, we had fans for both teams and a few curious passers by.
