A couple of weeks ago I posted after I saw a 56% chance of rain turn into a monsoon which forced 20 players off the field and scrambling to their cars. I didn't want to make that mistake again.
The Friday evening forecast called for a 91% chance of "severe weather". The radar looked like orange marmalade on my computer screen. Blobs of "severe weather" heading right over New Scotland at game time. So, I cancelled.
It rained lightly for a few minutes. Then the blobs of "severe weather" passed. The sun came out and it would have been a nice evening to play baseball. Now I know how women feel when they don't achieve an orgasm.
