Too many errors by the Twins I mean. The Dodgers made 2 errors . The Twins made at least five errors, maybe a couple more. Worst defensive game of the season for the Twins. However the fact of the matter is the Dodgers did out hit the Twins 12 to 7. Leading the way offensively for the Dodgers were Joe CARECCIA 3-4,Thomas BAIN 2-3, Greg GOUGLER also 2-3 ,and MAGUIRE with a nice double. Top hitters for the Twins were Craig TYNAN 2-3 including a long double and Mark WIGHT also hitting a long double. The other five hits were singles. Bain pitched the first five for the Dodgers picking up the win allowing all seven hits while striking out two and walking two. Dennis Lane with the save pitching the sixth and seventh. Wayne Nicholson started and pitched the first five for the Twins allowing 12 hits three walks and striking out 2. KOUTSAKIS pitched the final inning for the Twins allowing one hit and striking out one. Final score, Dodgers win, 13 to 5.
