I was out of town and had to miss this one. I just got the scorebook back today and here is what I can gather from it.

The O's had a 3-0 lead with two outs in the bottom of the sixth. Bob Bolt who had scattered four hits and walked two to that point ran out of gas and walked the next two guys. Joe Guerrin was called on to come in and get the last out of the inning. Joe had some control problems and walked the next three batters before Hawkins singled for his second hit of the game and Earl doubled for his second hit to give the Humminbirds a 6-3 win and break the Orioles 10 game winning streak.

From what I heard the Birds had a hard throwing lefty on the hill but I do not know his name.
