If the time should ever occur that I have a heart attack on the baseball field I would like everyone to A.) Ask for a courtesy runner for me.
B.) Drag me off the field. C.) Get on with the game and D.) Drink an extra beer in the parking lot for me.

You first need to sign the CDMSBL DNR form...as per Art. 2 Par 3. Sect. 1
