I have been talking to a contact in Halfmoon Baseball regarding their new fields @ Hayners in Clifton Park. They originally had planned to have lights installed, but the cost got prohibitive and they finished the new complex without lights. They are having a meeting in the next week or two regarding h...
A huge Thank You to everyone who's helped us get to this point, especially Dana Hansen and John Reel, as we prepare to join the 45+ division in 2010. We believe we have a first-rate competitive roster, and can't wait to get out on the field! We are still looking for someone who can bring it on the mound. Any...
The Blue Jays have concluded our recruiting efforts for the 2010 season. We have brought in several new players who will improve the club offensively, defensively and on the mound. We were able to attract some free agents from within the division and will be introducing some new faces to the 35s. We ar...

Gentlemen:
I am happy to tell you that we have been given an official OK to put together a brand-new team in the 45+ division. Those of us behind this effort are former members of the Cougars who have said "we've had enough of losing." We have one goal---to field a competitive team next sprin...

Happy holidays to all the guys in the CDMSBL. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, but sometimes rain outs happen. Let's just be thankful for all the games we got in and look forward to the 2010 season.
Happy holidays

As with any offseason, there is always some turnover and a need for new players, especially pitchers. If you are interested in talking about playing for the Highlanders, you could email me at rosco49r@yahoo.com. My home phone is 877-6296, but email is usually quicker. Thanks, Cos DiBari.
