i'm wondering if someone who took notes at the league meeting - and the managers' meetings that followed - will be good enough to write them up and tell everybody what happened? i was there, didn't take notes, but can tell guys that we elected a new board - without, for the first time in what? 13 years...

George got out of surgery earlier this afternoon but is still sedated (not from anything I gave him) and resting "comfortably" in intensive care. From what I understand, valve replacement was ruled out and repairs were able to be made to the damaged valve. Hopefully he'll be up and turning handsprin...
